How Does the Auction Work?
In order to bid in the auction, you need to register for a free bidder number at the information table. The auction is presented one item at a time with a professional auctioneer facilitating the bidding. Bid early, bid often.
Remember our auction is not necessarily for bargains. We are auctioning to help people world wide. Generous bidding is part of the fun.
Once the auction is complete or you need to go, return to the information booth to settle your account. You can then retrieve the items you have won.
How Does Parking Work?
Onsite parking is available, with the best parking available early.
Accessible Parking is limited to official tag holders
Can I camp at the Auction?
Yes. RV Camping is available in the parking lot though no hookups are available. Limited tent camping can also be accommodated.
If assistance is needed, the occupants of the house are happy to help.
Can I bring my Pet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or cats in the sale and food area owing to liability and licensing concerns. We ask that you make other arrangements for your four-legged family.
Identified service animals are excepted.
Will ALL the same things be offered this year as last?
Our booths are operated by individual volunteers. Many have been operated for years. But changes will come, and not everything will happen every year. Individual circumstances dictate what can happen. Your understanding of this is appreciated.
I am new to your area. Is there a _____ close by?
Short answer: no. Menno Church is a highly rural location. There are no services close by. Moses Lake and Ritzville are each more than 20 miles distant. If you come expecting to pass a filling station, ATM or anything else past those points you will not find it. Planning ahead is the most prudent course.
Can I charge my Electric Vehicle?
We cannot assist with EV Charging at Menno during MCA. Our systems are running at high capacity to supply other needed equipment. We cannot assist with any other loads.
